Entry Level Operations Supervisor  

— Long Island City, NY  (full-time)

Primary Job Responsibilities :
  • Manage and develop a small team of direct reporting staff
  • Interact with clients and customers to care of their needs
  • Ensure the company production/service level goals are met within his/her department
  • Ideate and implement new projects and to ensure operational success of such initiatives
  • Coordinate a cohesive effort within his/her own department ensure that each employee is given the tools necessary to be successful at their job
  • Understand and be committed to the short and long term directions of the company
  • Make timely and effective business decisions that positively impact his/her department and its employees
  • Ensure high morale within his/her own department
Primary Job Qualifications :
  • College graduates with a business related major
  • Hungry to learn new skills and take on new responsibilities
  • Has a "do whatever it takes" attitude
  • Prior customer service experience preferred, but not required
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
  • Good team building skills
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Ability to analyze and creatively solve problems
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Superb ability to multi-task
  • Good understanding of PC skills and Microsoft Office Word software

Operations Manager  

— Long Island City, NY  (full-time)

Operations Managers direct multiple Operations processes, teams and functions, and across multiple offices. The focus of the role is to effectively integrate these functions and teams, ensuring they work together to efficiently advance the strategic goals of the company and Operations. Ultimately, Operations professionals can progress to some of the most senior levels in the company and play a vital and influential role in steering the direction of the company, and the way its services are delivered to clients around the country.

Primary Job Responsibilities :
  • Manage and develop direct reporting staff
  • Manage new and existing client relationships
  • Ensure the company production/service level goals are met across all offices
  • Create a work environment that is conducive to long term employment and employee satisfaction
  • Manage voluntary attrition by monitoring floor management practices, encouraging supervisor ownership of teams and proactively discussing issues and providing feedback
  • Work with various departments to implement new campaigns and to ensure operational success of each project across all offices
  • Monitor customer and client interactions for quality and professionalism and to provide feedback on observations
  • Coordinate a cohesive effort between the Quality Assurance Department and the Training Department across different offices to ensure that each employee is given the tools necessary to be successful at their job
  • Understand and be committed to the short and long term directions of the company
  • Make timely and effective business decisions that positively impact the company and its employees
  • Create unique ways to reward exceptional behavior or employee performance, in addition to the methods used by the company
  • Ensure high morale within the company
Primary Job Qualifications :
  • College graduates with a business related major
  • Has a "do whatever it takes" attitude
  • 2-4 years of successful management or supervisory experience
  • Prior responsibility of managing up to 50+ employees
  • Prior customer service experience preferred, but not required
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Good team building skills
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to analyze and creatively solve problems in a fast paced environment
  • Successful experience at training and developing employees
  • Proven ability to lead, direct, and motivate individuals at various levels
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Superb ability to multi-task
  • Good understanding of PC skills and Microsoft Office Word software
  • Willingness to work 50+ hours per week
